This is a focused executive conversation designed to examine your challenge through relevant organizational lenses, including:

The objective is to identify where structural friction is occurring and determine the most strategic path forward.
Investment: $1,000. Payment is required in advance to confirm the session.
Preparation
Prior to the session, you will receive a short reflection guide designed to focus your thinking. It is not an extensive intake form. You may submit responses in advance or simply bring your reflections to the conversation.
