ABOUT SHERITA
I have spent more than 25 years helping organizations develop people, improve performance, and navigate change. My experience spans automotive manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, legal services, information technology, finance, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. I have worked with organizations ranging from small teams to complex global enterprises.
Over time, I’ve learned that organizations often treat symptoms as problems. What appears to be a training issue might be a leadership issue rooted in unclear expectations. What appears to be a competency gap may reflect a process, communication, or accountability problem. That realization shaped the way I work.
My career has touched learning and development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, learning technology, and performance improvement. What I've learned is that these areas are connected and treating them as separate problems often creates disconnected solutions.
My work focuses on helping leaders identify the conditions that support performance and the barriers that limit it. Sometimes the answer involves learning. Sometimes it does not. The goal is not to build programs but to improve performance in ways that are practical, measurable, and sustainable.
